Charlotte BULL

Charlotte is a registered psychologist who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is experienced in different work settings, including private practice and tertiary counselling.

Charlotte works with adolescent and adult clients on concerns including stress, anxiety, low mood and depression, life adjustments, career transitions, relationship difficulties, body image and eating concerns (binge eating and bulimia), emotional regulation issues, anger management, chronic pain, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder.

Charlotte has a warm and collaborative style, and uses a supportive interpersonal approach to encourage clients to explore their experiences without judgment. She shares her rationale for treatment and encourages client feedback.

Charlotte’s therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored according to each client’s needs and treatment goals. Her primary therapeutic modalities are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. She also draws from family systems and psychodynamic approaches where appropriate.
