Hugo (PBA Supervisor) is a senior psychologist fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. He has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy. His expertise and experience involves depression, anxiety disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorders. He also has experience dealing with Autism/Asperger syndromes and child behavioural management. Philip is the clinical and counselling psychologist. He works with people to manage their anxieties, moods, interpersonal difficulties, particularly in close relationships and stresses. He has experience working with panic attacks, OCD, health anxieties, social fearfulness, phobias, personality disorders, problems of older people. He uses CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, emotional regulation strategies. He has a holistic approach and many years of experience using relaxation, meditation, mindfulness practices. Jenny has been a registered psychologist for nearly 35 years. She has a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis for the Austin Hospital/Department of Psychiatry, Melbourne University, and has recently graduated in Pharmacy.Jenny adopts a problem solving approach to counselling. She combines psychology, hypnotherapy and sometimes medications to help with smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety control, and pain management. Dr. Owen SPEAR

Owen is a registered clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Board. He has worked extensively with adults suffering depression, social anxiety, worry, obsessive compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders. Owen also specialises in Couple Therapy after completing extensive training at Relationships Australia.
