Hugo (PBA Supervisor) is a senior psychologist fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. He has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy. His expertise and experience involve depression, anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. He also has experience dealing with Autism/Asperger syndromes and child behavioural management. Philip is the clinical and counselling psychologist. He works with people to manage their anxieties, moods, interpersonal difficulties, particularly in close relationships and stresses. He has experience working with panic attacks, OCD, health anxieties, social fearfulness, phobias, personality disorders, problems of older people. He uses CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, emotional regulation strategies. He has a holistic approach and many years of experience using relaxation, meditation, mindfulness practices. Anthony has been a registered psychologist for 30 years. He has a team approach to mental health and specialises in treating trauma & PTSD from abuse, bullying, threats & grief. Jenny has been a registered psychologist for nearly 35 years. She has a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis for the Austin Hospital/Department of Psychiatry, Melbourne University, and has recently graduated in Pharmacy. Jenny adopts a problem-solving approach to counselling. She combines psychology, hypnotherapy and sometimes medications to help with smoking cessation, weight loss, anxiety control, and pain management. Sharon is a fully registered general psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Sharon works with adults experiencing stress, depression, and anxiety conditions such as worry, social fearfulness, phobia, and panic attacks, as well as trauma, sleep difficulties, addictions, relationship and other interpersonal difficulties, and bereavement. Owen is a registered clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Board. He has worked extensively with adults suffering depression, social anxiety, worry, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders. Owen also specialises in Couple Therapy after completing extensive training at Relationships Australia. He has also developed and facilitated over 250 groups on mindfulness, wellbeing, anxiety and depression, and for several years provided counselling to family members of people with problematic drug and alcohol use. Owen has a firm belief in the importance of using scientifically validated treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy while maintaining a strong focus on the specific needs of the individual. John is a registered psychologist who works with people experiencing anxieties and/or depression, often associated with confronting or confusing life events (eg. career change, conflict/abuse in relationships and loss of capacities). He assists people “re-construct” their identity and/or relationship/s using: a strong therapeutic alliance in sessions; emotional awareness (to help inform self-identity and intimacy/bonds in relationship/s) and creating alternative thinking and behavioural habits (practised in sessions and in home/workplace trials). Rehabilitation counselling, careers guidance, working with older people and couples counselling are currently the major threads in his clinical work. Read more



Vicky is a fully registered and an accredited psychotherapist with the Association of Australian Social Workers and has achieved a double Master’s degree in Counselling and Social Work respectively. As an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with almost 20 years’ experience, she is capable of delivering Focused Psychological Strategies. Vicky brings in her own flavour into counselling which is the social work framework, a holistic view of well-being, looking at ‘the big picture’ as she believes that ‘each client is more than the symptoms or diagnosis’. Karly is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker, registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). She has worked with diverse client groups over the last 12 years, most recently in the areas of mental health, forensic court services and alcohol and other drug treatment. In a typical counselling episode, Karly works with her clients to share troubles, explore options, brainstorm strategies, develop a plan and enhance strengths and wellbeing. Karly combines a range of focused and evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. Jennifer is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over twenty years of experience working in the Public Mental Health System with people experiencing mental illness such as Schizophrenia, BPAD, BPD, OCD, anxiety, depression.  She has a specific interest in working with people who are experiencing PTSD, suffering from workplace bullying, victims of domestic violence, addiction and other traumas.  Jennifer is experienced in Couples Counselling, trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma therapy, and various other modalities.  As a social worker, my aim is to support people to live a more meaningful fulfilling life.
