Medicare Rebates
Eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from a GP or psychiatrist may be able to access Medicare rebates for psychology services.
General Psychologist: Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session
Clinical Psychologist: Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session
Medicare rebates apply to a limited number of sessions per calendar year and are processed after payment. Eligibility and session numbers should be confirmed with your GP.
